Smoky Chipotle Hot Sauce
Ingredients
2½ tsp (12.5 mL) chili powder
1 tsp (5 mL) smoked paprika
½ tsp (2.5 mL) garlic powder
½ tsp (2.5 mL) onion powder
¼ tsp (1.25 mL) sea salt
½ cup (120 mL) apple cider vinegar
2–3 honey packets (or more to taste)
Directions
Whisk all dry ingredients together in a pot. Slowly add the apple cider vinegar and mix until smooth. Bring to boil. Stir in the honey, adjusting sweetness as desired. Let cool, then transfer to a bottle or jar. Refrigerate for up to 2–3 weeks.

Ingredients
½ tsp (2.5 mL) chili powder
½ tsp (2.5 mL) cumin
½ tsp (2.5 mL) garlic powder
½ tsp (2.5 mL) onion powder
¼ tsp (1.25 mL) sea salt
5 Tbsp (75 mL) extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp + 1¼ tsp (21 mL) lemon juice
Directions
Combine the spices, then whisk in the olive oil and lemon juice until well blended. Shake before serving if the dressing separates.
