WHAT WE'RE ABOUT AT NW CORPORATE WELLNESS

NW Corporate Wellness (NWCW) was founded in 2013 by health + wellness enthusiast, personal trainer, and certified life coach, Megan K. She created NWCW after working in the corporate sector and realizing the work environment lacked activities besides happy hours and staff meetings. From there, the idea of NWCW was born and has been operating since 2013, serving over one million employees through 10,000+ classes in office environments across the world.

Today, NWCW offers holistic wellness activities in addition to its signature office yoga classes. We focus on helping employers create work environments that make employees happier, healthier and more productive.

We help employers achieve these results by providing offices with comprehensive, measurable wellness programs that are guided by our friendly, knowledgeable, and professional coaches.

Today's average full-time employee spends about 9 hours a day at work. Employees with opportunities during the day to

As a Women Owned Small Business, we collaborate with employers to develop customized wellness programs that fit within their own established office cultures or redefine their vision with data driven events that produce desired results. We're able to develop these types of programs through a proprietary assessment process created in-house by years of experience in the corporate wellness sector and a detail-oriented team that knows how to engineer a mix of office-specific wellness activities that will help employees focus, create and produce at higher levels. (Contact us here to learn about our process.)

NWCW activities are led by professionally-trained, CPR-certified coaches who are fun to be around and love what they do! Our team takes pride in helping employers create ideas to boost office energy levels, develop relaxation strategies and reduce stress in workplace environments.

Through our partnerships with employers, we strive to encourage and support:

  • employees looking to find peace, purpose, gratitude and happiness at work;

  • employees aiming to thrive (and not just survive) in the workplace with fun and purposeful physical, mental, emotional, and social wellness strategies; and

  • honest, mutually-productive and healthy relationships between employers and employees for internal and external growth.

WHAT WE VALUE AT NWCW

Holistic Well-Being

We believe true wellness is rooted in the balance of physical, mental, emotional, and social health—each deeply connected and essential. When one area is neglected, the whole system is affected. That’s why we take an integrative approach to well-being, supporting individuals and teams in building resilience and thriving in every aspect of life.

Professional Connection

We foster a work environment where genuine, respectful interactions lead to both individual and collective success. We believe in building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners, prioritizing empathy, fairness, and ethical conduct in all interactions. This creates a sense of belonging and supports professional growth within our organization.

Optimism

Life isn’t always perfect, and it’s inevitable that we will face challenges along the way. However, we believe in the power of resilience and optimism. When life hands us lemons, rather than dwell on what’s difficult, we take the time to transform those challenges into opportunities for growth. We believe that even in the toughest moments, there are small things to be grateful for. By shifting our perspective and focusing on the positives, we create a mindset of possibility, growth, and gratitude.

Growth Mindset

We embrace a growth-mindset, fostering a culture of continuous learning, curiosity, and self-improvement. From refining marketing strategies to presenting data-driven insights, we actively seek out knowledge to stay innovative and impactful in our work. We believe growth thrives in transparency—so we share what we learn openly with our team and clients to build trust, evolve together, and drive meaningful progress.

Live What We Teach

Most importantly, we believe it's important for us to walk our talk, which is why we emphasize having a work culture that exercises work/life balance, dedicates time to wellness activities and regularly evaluates how we can best serve others with our individual passion and skills.
