These quick and natural blends are perfect for supporting wellness at home or in the office. From invigorating scrubs to relaxing soaks, they bring a little calm and creativity into your day.

Build Your Own Body Scrub

A natural body scrub is one of the easiest and most satisfying DIY wellness treats. It exfoliates the skin, boosts circulation, and leaves you feeling refreshed and renewed — a great reset after a long workday.

You’ll need:

  • ½ cup carrier oil (coconut, olive, or almond oil)

  • ½ cup salt (Epsom or sea salt)

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 6–10 drops of your favorite essential oil
