Wellness Workshop Leader – Bring Corporate Wellness to Life!

NW Corporate Wellness (NWCW) is looking for an experienced, engaging Wellness Workshop Leader to deliver on-site workshops and educational sessions for corporations, government agencies, and large employers. What You’ll Do

  • Facilitate wellness workshops and educational sessions for corporate clients

  • Lead participants through guided activities, exercises, and discussions

  • Deliver scripted content with clarity, energy, and enthusiasm

  • Manage classroom dynamics to ensure a smooth, respectful learning environment

  • Use visual aids, interactive elements, and real-life examples to enhance engagement

  • Adapt your delivery style to meet group needs and engagement levels

  • Collaborate with the internal team to develop and refine workshop content

  • Create a positive, encouraging, and supportive space for all participants

  • Arrive 45–60 minutes early to prepare for each session

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Education, Public Health, or a related field (preferred)

  • Minimum 2 years experience facilitating wellness workshops or similar events

  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills

  • Ability to memorize and deliver scripted content accurately

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Flexible and adaptable to different audiences and corporate cultures

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and digital presentation tools

  • Relevant wellness, fitness, or health education certifications a plus
